How strong are your pools – do you test them?

Yes - every shell is pressure, load, and flex tested for real-life strength. We start with a CNC-routed mould, hand-laminate each shell with 50% more premium resin than most, and never use fillers. No shortcuts - just engineered precision and lasting quality, built for years of family use.

Do I need to know exactly what I want before getting a quote or booking a backyard consulation?

Not at all. Our team will help you explore options - from pool size to water type and upgrades - and guide you to the right fit for your lifestyle. If you change your mind and want to add something to your quote, it can always be ammended.

Can I get a quote without a backyard consultation?

For a fixed, accurate price, we visit your site to understand your block, access, and goals. That way, there are no surprises later.

Do fibreglass pools last as long as concrete?

Yes- and often longer. Our shells are up to 33% thicker than average, finished with ChlorShield™ gelcoat, and built for decades of strength. That means strength and colour that last for decades without expensive resurfacing.

How are fibreglass pools different from concrete pools?

Fibreglass is smoother, stronger, and easier to maintain. Concrete pools can crack, stain, or need resurfacing, while fibreglass stays smooth, resists algae, and holds its colour for longer.

What aftercare service do you provide?

Are my upgrades covered under warranty?

Yes. All upgrades supplied and installed by Summertime come with full manufacturer’s warranties.

Do you offer mineral water pools?

Our mineral water filtration system transforms your pool into a spa-like experience - silky on skin, gentle on eyes, and infused with wellness-boosting minerals like magnesium and potassium. Perfect if you're after softer water and a more luxurious, low-chemical swim.

How soon after installation can I swimming in my new pool?

Your pool is 'swim-ready' once the bond beam is on and your pool has been handed over, but you are not legally allowed to swim until you have final certificate (which means your permanent barrier fence has been installed).

How does the 12-week process work?

We manage everything: permits, approvals, site prep, shell delivery, and installation. It’s a step-by-step process with one accountable team so your family can enjoy your pool faster, stress-free.
