Each mould is custom-engineered to exacting standards. We start by creating a millimetre-perfect CNC-routed plug before building a set of moulds for each shell shape in varying sizes.

We use 100% pure fibreglass without any fillers.
Most fibreglass pool manufacturers add fillers and additives to their fibreglass resin to save money. We don't. Because we're not chasing shortcuts - we're building for strength, beauty, and long-term performance.
Even after testing in a brutal 5,000 ppm chlorine bath at pH11.6 and 60° C, CHLORSHIELD™ retains 99.5% of it's gloss meaning your pool continues to look glossy and vibrant long after most others fade away.

CHLORSHIELD™ outperforms the Australian Standard AS1838:2021 by a factor of tenfold, showing essentially zero bleaching under conditions far harsher than those required by the standard.
