Most pool builders leave you exposed to hidden costs. We don’t. Our Fixed Price Insurance covers the big unknowns that can quickly add up to tens of thousands. That's why the price you sign is the price you pay.
What's covered:
- Unstable soil.
- Build over agreements (council).
- Build over easement (water authority).
- Planning permits.
Not covered:
- Asset protection permits for the full project (not just the pool).
- Electricals, service relocations or engineering that may be needed to protect nearby structures.

Swimming in 12-weeks or less.
To deliver on this promise, a few things need to line up. Here’s what helps us keep your project on track.

No changes post contract.
Once the contract is signed and your pool project plan approved, changes to your project, pool shell or placement can affect the schedule.

Approvals on time.
Our timeline allows up to six weeks for council approvals. If they take longer, we'll adjust together.

Standard soil & site.
Stable soil and straightforward placement keep things on track. If your site needs special engineering, we'll need to factor that in.

Prep works completed.
Any prep works by other contractors, like demolition, needs to be finalised at least six weeks before install.

Your pool is 'swim-ready' once the bond beam is on and your pool has been handed over, but you are not legally allowed to swim until you have final certificate (which means your permanent barrier fence has been installed).
One of our pool experts will visit your home to assess your site and plan the installation at the outset. From slopes to tight access, our experienced team has seen it all - and knows how to handle it. If your site is sitting on rock, we will formulate a plan and include the costs in your fixed price quote. We are always upfront and transparent - no surprises.
You’ll have a dedicated project co-ordinator who keeps you updated with weekly timelines and who you can contact with all your questions. No juggling contractors or chasing trades.

We design it, build it, deliver it, and install your pool ourselves. By keeping everything in-house, we take full responsibility from factory floor to poolside. No handballing, no excuses.
All pools include salt water sanitisation, hydrostatic valve, skimmer & jets, two LED lights, and our premium ChlorShield™ gelcoat finish. These “extras” are standard with us.
